Booking Process

Are the Digital DJz available for my upcoming event?

Availablity is dependant on several factors but mostly on whether or not someone has already requested our services for that date. You can find out for sure by using our availability calendar checking software below.

Can I meet with you before I decide to book you?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage all of our perspective clients to come and meet with us in person, for free, before they make any final decisions. By offering this meeting, we help to eliminate any unforeseen problems that may later arise from our not meeting. As well, if you can't make it out to meet us, we offer to come to you at a place of your choosing and bring with us information about our services as knowledge about the company and a desire to answer any questions you might have or consider any options that you would like to go over.

What if I don't want to meet with anybody?

This is not a problem. While we do not encourage our clients to plan their events without meeting a representative of our company, there is no requirement for them to do so. They may plan their entire event on-line in a orderly fashion and our DJs will still be fully prepared to handle your event.

Can I meet with the DJ who will be emceeing my event?

While we do garauntee that the person that you will meet with when you book us will be your DJ, we do garauntee that the DJ selected for your event will be professional and informed as to your specific desires. If however, you feel it is absolutely necessary to meet with your specific DJ before your event, a meeting may be arranged for an additional fee.

Please Note: There is no garuantee as to the specific DJ for your event due to possible unforeseen circumstances.

How soon should I book you knowing that I want to go with your services?

In truth, the sooner that you book our services the better. The sooner you book our services you eliminate the possiblity of the date going to someone else. As well, by booking us early, you can begin to plan your event right away and take away any pressing concerns before it may become too late.

What are your booking terms?

In order to book the Digital DJzs we must receive your signed contract and a deposit. The remainder of your event costs will be due before your event starts but it is asked that you pay sometime much sooner than the day of your event to ensure that no unexpected monetary problems might arise on that particular date. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the event unless other arrangements have been made.

Will I have to pay a deposit to hold my date?

Yes. A deposit is required to hold any date. Our required deposit is $100.00 for any one of our entertainment system packages and $150.00 for any one of our entertainment system packages with standard lighting.

Any extras or additional items, at the current time, are not subject to additional deposit charges but this may change dependant upon several factors concerning an event. For booking purposes, Digital DJz typically only seeks one deposit per client per event. While it is understood that a larger percentage of the package price is due for deposit with a smaller system than a larger one, it is further understood that by establishing a set rate for deposit we increase the likelihood of bookings.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Digital DJz accept Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders & Cashier's Checks. We also accept PayPal & most credit cards via your on-line planner.

What happens if more than one client wants the same date?

Bookings become official when we receive the signed contract & deposit. If more than one client requests the same date then we assign the date to the first signed contract & deposit that we receive. Some clients pay on-line via the on-line planner & this will hold the date for 1 week until the contract is recieved. Also remember that we have several entertainment systems & the one above or below the one you wanted might still be available.

Can you hold my date?

Unfortunately we do not hold dates for prospective clients. The only way to secure your booking is for us to receive your singed contract & a deposit.
