Terms Of Agreement

By filling out your on-line availability checker, will my date be held?

No. The only way to be sure that your date will be held is to sign a contract and pay a deposit for our services. The filling out of the availability checker only ensures you that the date was open at the time that you filled out the form. While we have three various systems available, it is suggested that you book us as soon as possible to ensure that we will hold your date.

Can I book both Digital DJz and Digital Dreamz and Journeyz services for the same event date?

That is dependant upon whether or not both are available. While we offer both of these services to our clients, there is the chance that either service might be filled up for that date.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel in "writing" for a full refund up to 3 months prior to your event. After this point you may only transfer your booking to another date and the deposit is no longer refundable after the orginal date.

What is your overtime policy?

This rate is variable according to the specifics of your event. Your contract will state the cost of each overtime hour. Overtime is payable directly to the DJ at your event prior to the beginning of the overtime period.

What if I'm not satisfied with your services?

In the event of a missing or late DJ, equipment failure, or an unforeseen weather circumstance a refund may be rewarded. This refund is further discussed in the contract that you sign between Digital DJz and yourself and any further details may be discussed with us in person or over the phone.

Are there any hidden charges in your services?

No. We do not include any hidden charges in the standard pricing of our packages. Additional charges may apply when our extra services and products are required. However, you will always be notified of this before any agreement is to be made or before any of these services or products are to be implemented or used.
